With 75 years in the passenger transportation business, consider putting Reichert Bus Service's experience to work for you. We provide chartered motorcoach service to the 49 Continental States and Canada. Our clean, comfortable, air-conditioned and restroom equipped motorcoaches are available for any sized group or business.

Most of our motorcoaches are video and PA equipped and all have comfortable reclining seats. We are able to accommodate groups up to 56 passengers.

Our friendly, professional and experienced drivers will do everything they can to make your motorcoach travel experience positive, safe and fun! Reichert goes to great lengths to ensure it's motorcoaches are well maintained and in perfect operating condition.

Our motorcoaches are inspected annually by the Minnesota State Patrol to ensure that they meet or exceed Federal (USDOT) regulations. Reichert also maintains the highest safety rating available from the Department of Transportation. We are also an active member of the Minnesota Charter Bus Operators Association, the United Motorcoach Association and the American Bus Association.

FAQ's About Chartering a Motorcoach

How much does it cost to charter a bus?

Cost is calculated by both time and mileage. For an accurate charter bid, please contact Reichert at 218-829-6955.

What is the seating capacity of the bus?

Reichert has two types of charter buses. Our school bus style charters will seat a maximum of 51 average sized adults. Our two Motor Coach style buses will seat up to 47 & 55 passengers respectively.

Is alcohol consumption allowed on a charter?

Yes you may.

If we need a trailer to haul items, will your Motor Coaches pull one?

We do not pull trailers with our Motor Coaches. There is ample space in the luggage bays under the coach to haul just about anything a group needs.

Do the charter buses have WiFi?

Not at this time.

Are unplanned stops such as a restaurant allowed?

Absolutely. Since your charter bid is based on time and mileage, there may be an additional charge.

Is food allowed on a charter bus?

Groups are welcomed to bring their own food or have your driver stop for takeout.
